Certified Bahavioral Analyst (CBA)

The CBA program is a 2 days professional training program, uses standard curriculum and copyrighted DISC Material, it will equip you with new skills to effectively analyze and consult the individual’s strength and weakness. The DISC Result is very powerful for recruitment/selection, placement, promotion, team building, career planning and improving effective communication. You will learn how to administer the DISC Behavioral Assessment Tools, scoring, analysis & report writing.

Upon completion of the course and pass the examination you will receive certification as a Certified Behavioral Analyst accredited by The Discovery Institute, Singapore. You will be trained by an expert in the field of Human Resource Management and Assessment. 50% of this workshop is practice and case study. Present in Bahasa Indonesia.
